Terms of Service

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This English translation is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

These terms govern the use of the Ayouria platform, a Moroccan online booking service for professional beauty and wellness establishments. By creating an account, making a booking — including without an account, confirmed by SMS code — or simply browsing the platform, you accept them. Under Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data, electronic acceptance is fully binding.

1. What Ayouria is — and is not

Ayouria is an intermediary: we connect customers with independent establishments (hair salons, hammams, spas, barbershops, beauty institutes) and handle appointment booking. The services themselves are delivered by the establishments, who are solely responsible for their performance, quality, and compliance with legal and health obligations.

Every listed establishment is checked before publication — the process is described on our Verified businesses page. Ayouria publishes no classified ads and no personal ads.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • The platform is for adults (18+);
  • Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date;
  • You are responsible for your password and account activity; tell us immediately about any unauthorised access;
  • Booking without an account is available, confirmed by a one-time SMS code sent to the number provided;
  • We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

3. Bookings

  • Displayed slots come from the establishment's calendar; bookings are confirmed by e-mail and/or SMS;
  • Prices are set by establishments and displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), all taxes included;
  • You undertake to honour appointments, arrive on time, and tell the establishment about anything relevant to the service (allergies, applicable health conditions).

4. Cancellation, lateness, no-show

  • Unless the establishment displays a different policy at booking time, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the appointment;
  • Late cancellation or a no-show may incur a fee set by the establishment and shown to you before confirmation;
  • Repeated no-shows may limit your ability to book;
  • An establishment may exceptionally cancel an appointment; you are informed as early as possible and any prepaid amount is refunded.

5. Payment

  • Depending on the establishment, payment is made at the venue, by deposit, or fully online;
  • Card payments are processed by CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire); we do not store card data;
  • Refunds follow the applicable cancellation policy and go to the original payment method;
  • For payment disputes, contact support@ayouria.com within 30 days of the transaction.

6. Customer reviews

  • Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and remain respectful;
  • They are moderated before publication; fraudulent, abusive or off-topic content is rejected;
  • Establishments cannot buy, edit, or have compliant reviews removed;
  • By posting a review you allow us to display it on the platform.

7. Prohibited uses

  • Using the platform for unlawful purposes or posting false information;
  • Making fake or fraudulent bookings;
  • Harassing or disrespecting establishments, their staff, or other users;
  • Attempting unauthorised access to our systems, disrupting them, or bypassing their protections;
  • Bulk-extracting or copying platform content (scraping);
  • Impersonating another person or entity.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, texts, logos and software are protected by intellectual property law. You receive a personal, non-commercial right of use. Content you post (reviews, photos) remains yours; you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it as part of the service.

9. Liability

We work to keep the service reliable and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Booked services are the sole responsibility of the establishments; disputes about their performance are resolved first with the establishment concerned, and our support team remains available to help. To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, Ayouria's liability in connection with the platform is capped at the amounts you actually paid us in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Law No. 31-08 on consumer protection.

10. Personal data

How we process your data is described in our privacy policy, which complies with Law No. 09-08.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@ayouria.com to seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, including those protecting consumers.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision is held invalid, the others remain in force. We may update these terms; material changes are notified by e-mail or a platform notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
